Responsible for all export activities
Propose strategies and methodology to find the best logistics solution
Arrange shipments and shipping documents according to requirements and communicate with related departments and customers whenever necessary to ensure shipments are being handled promptly and delivered on-time
Liaise and coordinate shipment with freight forwarders and shipping line
Prepare accurately all shipping documents and apply necessary permits and certificates from relevant authorities
Assist in preparing invoices, delivery orders, customs documents and costing report
Responsible to provide the shipping documents and shipping details to customers
Prepare shipping document to forwarder
Work closely with Warehouse/Planning department for timely distributions

Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experiences in export task
Pleasant character, resourceful & able to work independently under pressure and is a team player with good problem solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills, responsible, committed and result-oriented
Able to work within tight schedules
Well versed in both written & spoken English
Computer literate
Possess a positive outlook towards challenges
5 1/2 day work
Able to commence to work within short notice period

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma of Engineering in Mechanical or Electronics
Chinese male
Preferably with related working experiences
Proficient in AutoCAD & Solidworks
Well versed in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Able to work independently under minimum supervision
